Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and CynoFlip. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use CynoFlip.
1. The service
CynoFlip converts PDF files you upload into interactive flipbooks that can be viewed in a browser, shared with a link, or embedded in another website. We may add, change or remove features as the product develops.
2. Your account
You need an account to publish flipbooks. Keep your password confidential, use a valid email address, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else is using your account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
3. Plans and limits
The Free plan allows up to 3 flipbooks, up to 20 pages per PDF, and displays a CynoFlip watermark on the viewer. The Pro plan removes those limits, removes the watermark and unlocks analytics. Plan details and prices may change; we will give notice before a change affects an active paid subscription.
4. Payments and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refundable.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the files you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to store, convert and display your content so the service can work — for example rendering your PDF as flipbook pages and serving it to the people you share it with. You confirm that you own your content or have permission to use it, and that publishing it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive or malicious content.
- Do not use CynoFlip to distribute malware or to phish for credentials.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or bypass the limits and protections of the service, including password-protected flipbooks you do not own.
- Do not resell the service without our written agreement.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. You can stop using CynoFlip and delete your account at any time.
8. Availability
We work to keep CynoFlip available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Interruptions, maintenance and occasional errors can happen. Keep your own copy of every file you upload.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CynoFlip is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and we will notify you of material changes before they take effect.
